Our packages

At RWS we work exclusively for medical specialists so we understand why you need photographs, how you will use them and the rules you must follow. Our experienced team, led by Jack Foley, will ensure your photographs convey professionalism and affability to your patients and referrers. We also understand that we all want to look our best in photos, so we will ensure you do! We offer packages that will suit your budget and the stage of private practice you are at. You will only pay for the photographs you choose, and you can use the photographs we capture for your digital and print media and you will receive electronic copies of all selected photos via Google Drive. Our service is flexible and can deliver the exact shots you need.

How photographs are typically used by doctors in private practice

Most of our doctors use the photos taken for their professional bio, website, brochures, online listings, Google My Business and social media use. You may be starting out in private practice and only need professional headshots and a few interactive shots for your website to get started. Alternatively, you may be experienced in private practice and wish to update your imagery and now include some pictures of your physical rooms and staff on your website and online media channels. Maybe you wish to create a brochure for your referrers. Additionally, some of our doctors who are starting out or established like to capture some mock surgical pictures to demonstrate their qualifications and services.

The Process:

  1. View samples of our photography above
  2. If you like our work, contact RWS on 1300 073 239 or admin@roomswithstyle.com.au and we will send you an information sheet about our photography service that will explain the packages available, and costs in further detail.
  3. Let us know your preferred date and time
  4. Upon arranging your photography session let the RWS photographer know what type of shots you would like so we can plan for your session and brief you on how to prepare.
  5. The session is held
  6. You will receive samples of all images taken, with natural editing and cropping to suit your needs
  7. Let us know the photographs you would like to choose.
  8. Photographs are provided via Google Drive

Editing service: If you would like a few adjustments to your photos, we can do that too, just let us know.
