Recruitment
RWS (Rooms with Style) has been recruiting for doctors since 2005. We have assisted over a thousand practices, so we understand the staff member you need. We also understand the skills they must have and can test their competency for your speciality. If further training is needed, we can provide that too. RWS recruits exclusively for doctors, assisting specialists and clinicians across Australia.
RWS know that surgeons and physicians rooms have unique requirements. We understand the patient needs, billing nuances and appointment requirements of your speciality and as such our recruitment service is tailored to match your needs.
Our years of experience, onboarding and testing processes, compliance checks, and selection criteria cements our position as the leaders in medical practice recruitment. The process provided for you is turn-key with a host of Recruitment Inclusions.
As part of the recruitment process, we include an employment contract tailored to your practice and approved by the RWS HR lawyer, Michael Butler. This brings our doctors peace of mind knowing compliance obligations have been met. Along with the contract an Induction Process is also conducted to ensure industrial relations and workplace safety obligations are met. This process ensures your new team member feels welcomed and sufficiently set-up. Also, getting your staff member off to an organised start helps to present the practice as a great place to work in the employee’s eyes.
RWS recruitment also considers the future pathway of your practice, ensuring your new team member is a good fit for the journey ahead. Once the recruitment process is complete, we can provide HR support including performance appraisals, task management and a host of training programs to bridge any knowledge gaps. Furthermore, the RWS Professional Development Program and Social Responsibility Program provide the growth and altruism candidates want in their role hence assisting with motivation, morale, and retention.

The team at RWS look forward to helping you build, grow, and maintain a great team.
